Founder
Michael Coleman Jr. is the founder of Coleman Capital Management Group. He established the firm to build a systematic, technology-driven approach to trading futures markets — combining quantitative research, algorithmic execution, and disciplined risk management under a single, consistent process.
As founder, Michael is responsible for the firm’s overall investment approach, strategy research, and long-term direction, including the technology and risk management infrastructure that supports CCMG’s trading operations.

Lauren leads Coleman Capital's internal operations as Chief of Staff. She works directly with the CEO to keep the firm's trading and risk workflows disciplined, timely, and fully accounted for. Her focus is execution: clear ownership, reliable delivery, and a lean team that performs without friction.

Trade Analyzer
Noah is Coleman Capital's Trade Analyzer. He turns raw trading activity into structured insight through daily trade reviews and weekly performance analysis that help leadership understand what worked, what did not, and where edge is concentrated. His work anchors the firm's reporting discipline across semi-automated and fully automated systems.
Vera Banner
Risk
Vera leads risk review at Coleman Capital. She examines the firm's trading results with a focus on sizing, drawdown, concentration, and process controls, so performance is not only measured, but managed. Her weekly risk reports give leadership a clear view of where risk is well-behaved and where discipline needs tightening.
Joe Wright
Business Communications
Joe oversees business communications for Coleman Capital. He manages the firm's official correspondence with partners, counterparties, and professional contacts, keeping the inbox organized, responses timely, and every message aligned with the firm's standards.
